Rhonda BarrChef & Author – What’s Up With Gluten?

The cookbook “What’s Up With Gluten? Against the Grain”, was launched November 2013. These tantalizing pictures will make you want to start cooking now! A big thank you to Michelle Manzoni, who understood the vision of what I wanted my food to look like, taking literally thousands of pictures of all the recipes until we got the perfect shot.

I’ve been using Michelle’s photography skills for the past year on my blog LifeasKatie.com. She takes the time to capture the perfect shot for my recipes. I absolutely love how my blog posts come to life with her images. She arrives on time and ready to work when she walks in the door. She always brings unique props and is able to style the shots perfectly.

I’ve received numerous compliments on the images I post for my blog and have noticed an increase in subscribers since using her services. I couldn’t imagine using another photographer!

I needed photographs with my airplane for business cards and other purposes so I called PhotoSplash Photography. I gave Michelle a general idea of what I was looking for and she handled it all. We had a few obstacles to overcome. A hazy day obscured the Toronto skyline and due to the Queen’s visit to Toronto Island I could not move the plane to a favourable spot.

Michelle assured me those were issues that will be fixed in post production. She really delivered. She digitally removed the distractions from the image and enhanced the background to create a crisp, clear cityscape. The end result was spectacular and best of all; I own the all photos and I can use them as I wish. I would definitely recommend PhotoSplash Photography to friends and colleagues.

Michelle, after receiving these photoshopped images of our RackLift(TM) product I felt compelled to write and thank you for an amazing job. How you can take a picture in our warehouse, then cut out the subjects and drop them into completely different backgrounds is nothing short of remarkable! We needed to have the unit displayed in a variety of different settings. As we were making arrangements to ship the unit and people to several locations you suggested doing it digitally. Doing it that way saved us a huge amount of time and expense.   Best of all, looking at the pictures, nobody would ever know that those images weren’t taken at those locations. The images look great on our web site. Check them out www.RackLift.com Thanks for a job well done.

I’ve used the services of portrait photographers in the past. I felt rushed and I got no guidance or suggestions to help me create the look I was going for.   This time I decided to choose a professional photographer willing to take the time to learn about my objectives and offer expert advice. I needed a few shots to use for my election campaign. Michelle’s quote was comparable to others and I chose PhotoSplash Photography because she was genuinely interested in helping me.

She seemed to understand what I wanted to accomplish so I put my trust in her hands.   She carefully set up each and every shot. (The process was actually enjoyable.) The end result produced images that greatly exceeded my expectations. I will recommend her services whenever anybody needs photography of any kind.

Sarah StrongTV Cogeco

Our season launch event is an important day to acknowledge the talent and commitment of our staff and volunteers who make TVCogeco the great local station that it is and so we wanted a professional photographer to capture the event. We did our research and made our decision based on images we saw on PhotoSplash.ca. Michelle’s price came in a little higher than others but we felt the value would be worth the extra, and we were right.

She arrived well in advance to check lighting levels and set up the lights and printer and was ready to shoot when our guests arrived. She took the shots while her support staff printed the images onsite. Our guests had only favourable comments about their pictures so we were very pleased with the results. We would definitely use her services again and recommend her to anyone needing a reliable professional events photographer.

Michelle, we truly appreciate your support! Thank you for donating one of her framed photos. There was actually a bidding war on the photo and it went for $260.00. On behalf of the Canadian Cancer Society, thank you so much for your support!!
